We follow a light Pomodoro structure: 20 minutes of writing followed by 5-minute breaks. During the breaks, you're welcome to chat, stretch, or grab a coffee. If you prefer, you can simply keep writing. Punctuality is a contribution. It gives us time to get to know each other before we begin, helps secure seats, and fosters accountability.
