Welcome to my online writing session! I hope I can help you get what you need to get accomplished during this session. The format of the session will be as follows: 3 PM-3:10 PM Eastern (United States): Introductions & briefly share what you are working on today. Please note that you only have ten minutes after the start of the meeting to join the meeting; I will stop monitoring the waiting room at 3:10 PM Eastern so that I can concentrate on my writing. 3:10 PM-4:20 PM Eastern: Shut up and write! You are welcome to keep your cameras on, but please mute yourself during this time so that we can all concentrate. 4:20 PM-4:30 PM Eastern: Check out. Those who would like to can share how the session went for you. You can also check out in the chat if you need to leave the meeting early. If you'd like to keep working, feel free to mute your computers and continue writing; sharing at the end will be optional. You are also welcome to stick around for a few minutes after the session to chat, connect, and build your writing community. Wherever you are in your project, you're not doing it alone—this is your space to write (or accomplish any task you have been avoiding). I hope to see you there!
