Agenda Introductions – 5 minutes Name, where you are from, and what you hope to get done today. Writing Sprint #1 – 25 minutes Cameras on or off, coffee in hand, and fingers on the keyboard. Just write. Break Time – 5 minutes Stretch, chat, snack, breathe. In a groove? You can keep writing instead. Repeat the Cycle We will keep alternating 25-minute writing sprints and 5-minute breaks until we hit about two hours. Goodbyes and Wins – 5 minutes Share how it went, what you worked on, or one small win from the session, if you feel like it. That's it!
