Grab a drink and join fellow writers each week to show up, sit down, and get words on the page. It can be easier to write when we're surrounded by the quiet energy of others who are engaged in the same pursuit, so come join us and see if it works for you! Any kind of writing or skill level welcome. No one will see what you've written or offer feedback or critique. If you have to arrive late or leave early, no problem. After the session, you're welcome to stick around to chat with fellow writers. Schedule: 1:30pm - quick introductions (and personal goal setting) 1:45pm - timed writing begins (this is when you shut up and get down to work) 2:45 - end of timed writing (socializing welcome but not required!) Bring whatever you need to do your writing and look for us in the back room. Free street parking is available in Washington Square and on surrounding streets.
