Shut Up & Write! @ My Writing Shed — November 28, 2026
Part of: Shut Up & Write! @ My Writing Shed
When: November 28, 2026, 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: My Writing Shed, 716 West Main Street, Peoria, IL 61606, United States of America
Join fellow writers each week to show up, sit down, and get words on the page. No critiques. No sharing. No pressure. Just focused writing time alongside others doing the same. Each session begins with 15 minutes to get settled and do quick introductions (your name and writing goal for the session). Then I’ll set a time for our focused 60 minutes to Shut Up & Write®. We’ll wind down with 15 minutes to reflect on your session goals and socialize. The social element is completely up to you. Wherever you are in your project or skill level, you're not doing it alone—this is your safe space to write. About the venue: My Writing Shed is a 501(c)3 nonprofit built by writers, for writers. Our cozy space is designed to help writers get into a flow state. Bring your favorite beverage and writing snacks or make a donation and enjoy ours. Feel free to bring headphones as well if they help you focus.
